Scope of Work

Replacement of existing phosphorous removal system including decommissioning of existing system

Retrofitting & upgrading of existing “RAS” (Return Activated Sludge) pumphouse

Refurbishment of blower and aeration controls systems

New ferrous chloride building, associated storage tanks in new containment area and decommissioning/demolition of existing infrastructure

Primary clarifiers 9 & 10 upgrades, including concrete repair, refurbishment of sludge and scum collection system and miscellaneous metals replacement

Secondary clarifiers 9, 10, 11 & 12 upgrades, including concrete repair, replacement of sludge collection corner sweep, refurbishment of inlet gates and RAS pump chamber gates and miscellaneous metals replacement

Primary clarifiers 11 & 12 upgrades, including concrete repair, replacement of sludge and scum collection system and miscellaneous metals replacement

Secondary clarifiers 13, 14, 15 & 16 upgrades, including concrete repair, repairs to existing sludge collection system and miscellaneous metals replacement

Replacement of dewatering pumps, raw sludge pumps, and slide gates including pumps/gates, motors, piping, valves, instrumentation, VFD panels, local control panels, wiring, I/Os and associated appurtenances

Aeration system upgrades including removal of existing covers and odour control system, removal and replacement of in-tank fine bubble diffused aeration system, concrete repairs, replacement of tank isolation valves, miscellaneous metals replacement and Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC and building service systems for SE Plant Building A and SE Plant Tunnels

Primary/Secondary clarifiers 1 – 8 upgrades, including concrete repair, replacement of weir plates and miscellaneous metals replacement

Complete replacement of various access houses

Process pipe replacement, building mechanical upgrades, electrical upgrades, effluent water upgrades, paving and landscaping upgrades.

Supply and installation of “SCADA” (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) system hardware and software programming
